All december newborn sessions must be reserved by Nov 15th.  All december cake smashes must be booked between Dec 1-9th only.  The studio will be closed for the holidays December 9-Jan 3.  Only reserved NB sessions will be honored during this time.

COVID 19 SAFETY & STUDIO PROCEDURES:

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:

Bathrooms are NOT available under any circumstances so please plan accordingly.

If you have a potty training child, please consider bringing a portable potty.  There are a few grocery stores approximately 2-3 miles from the studio in case of an emergency.

 

 

 

 

1. ARRIVAL:

Upon arrival, please text/call me at 518-265-7748.  DO NOT COME TO THE FRONT DOOR until you have been instructed to do so.  

 

2. PAPERWORK:

Release forms including a new COVID-19 Waiver form will need to be completed at the start of your session.  

 

3. STUDIO OCCUPANCY/VISITOR LIMITATIONS:

At this time, only 3 people (baby and 1-2 parents only, plus photographer) are permitted in the main indoor studio during sessions.   Siblings are temporarily restricted from entering the indoor studio.   *****Family/Sibling sessions that are included with newborn sessions will continue to be booked separately from the newborn session until further notice, and siblings should not come to the newborn only portion of the session.  The Family/Sibling session can be scheduled in the evening or on a weekend subject to my availability anytime within 30 days of your newborn session.  This session will take place in the temporary studio in the garage until further notice.  If there are no siblings in the family, then the parent pictures may be done at the time of the newborn session.

 

4. PAYMENTS:

Payment is due at the time of the session.  If paying with a credit/debit card, you must do so BEFORE arriving for your session-  credit and debit payments will not be accepted in person.  Cash, check and venmo payments can be made upon arrival.  

 

5. MASKS:

**UPDATED:  Please be advised that anyone who is fully vaccinated (2 weeks post 2nd shot) AND who provides proof of vaccination upon entry to the studio no longer needs to wear a mask during your session (vaccination card, photo of vaccination card or excelsior pass are acceptable forms of vaccination proof).  For anyone that does not wish to provide proof of vaccination, or for anyone who is not yet eligible (2+) for vaccination, please continue to wear your mask inside the studio when not being photographed.  Masks may be removed ONLY once you are positioned on the set and the photographer advises you to remove it.  The majority of my clients are too young for vaccinations (as is my own daughter) so I ask that we continue to do everything we can to keep my littles safe.

 

***I am fully vaccinated (and will provide proof upon request).  I will continue to wear my mask while in the main studio photographing all newborns.  For sessions in the temporary garage studio space, I will wear a mask upon request from families, however, may remove it to interact better with younger children (while continuing to maintain 3-6 ft distance from them).  

 

Masks are no longer necessary or required by me during outdoor sessions, as long as the location does not require them.

 

6. SICK POLICY & TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS:

JMFarron Photography has a zero tolerance policy regarding illnesses and requires that you reschedule your session in the event that anyone within your immediate household (including those who are not being photographed) have experienced ANY symptoms of illness in the 14 days prior to your scheduled session (including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, etc.)  Additionally, if you or anyone in your immediately household have been or suspect that you may have been in contact with a COVID- positive person, OR are in a county/state mandated exposure monitor quarantine, you MUST reschedule your session immediately.  If you or anyone in your immediate household has had a COVID-test performed and you do not yet have the results of your test, you must reschedule your session.  If you or anyone in your immediate household has travelled outside of NYS or to any of the regions within NYS that are currently deemed in a yellow, orange or red zone, you will be asked to reschedule your session immediately. 

24 hours prior to your session, you will be given a pre-screening health questionnaire to verify the information mentioned above.  At the time of your session, you will be required to sign a COVID waiver form attesting to the above.

**** Effective May 1st, sessions do not need to be rescheduled if you have travelled domestically within the united states, as long as no one is exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID (including but not limited to fever, headache, chills, runny nose, cough, vomiting, etc).  If you have travelled outside of the continental US, you must adhere to all CDC and state guidelines.
 

 

7. POST SESSION POLICY:

In the event that you or member of your immediate household becomes ill with COVID-19 within 10 days of your photo session, while not mandatory, I would respectfully request that you notify immediately so that measures can be made to have the studio professionally sanitized, as well as to protect my family and other clients from any possible spread from my exposure at the time of your session.  Additionally, in the event that I, a member of my family or any other client should become ill following your session, I will contact you to let you know immediately so measures can be taken to further protect your family and friends.

 

8. CONTACT TRACING:

As part of the release form that you are required to sign at the start of your session, you will be asked to provide me with your contact information including a telephone number, email address and mailing address.  JMFarron Photography will retain this information to supply to local government agencies/department of health for purposes of contact tracing if it becomes necessary due to exposure.  If you do not wish to have your information provided for contact tracing purposes, please let me know PRIOR to arriving for your session, such that we can cancel your session and issue a refund for any monies paid.  Sessions will not be completed unless the COVID waiver is signed.

 

9. CLEANING PROCEDURES:

JMFarron Photography will continue to clean and disinfect all studio surfaces, wash and disinfect props and sanitize any items that may come into contact with you or your child before and after every session.  This was already done prior to COVID-19 and I will continue to do this moving forward.  Some fragile and/or difficult to clean or disinfect props may be unavailable for use during all sessions for the time being.

EVERYDAY STUDIO POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Copyrights of Images and Limited Print Releases

(please familiarize yourself with this policy)

All images taken by JMFarron Photography are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Images taken by JMFarron Photography cannot be edited or altered in any way (including removal of watermarks, adding of a filter to the image, cropping the image, changing the image in any way or further editing of the image.)  Any alteration(s) made to an image taken by JMFarron Photography is a direct violation of the copyright retained by JMFarron Photography on said image(s) and JMFarron Photography reserves the right to seek legal action against anyone who has violated the copyright of their images as it sees fit.  

 

NEWBORN SESSIONS

ONLY 1 newborn session will be scheduled per day and will be staggered a minimum of 12 hrs after any other type of studio session.  

They are scheduled M-F at  11am.  Newborn sessions are not available on weekends. 

At this time, only 3 people (baby and 1-2 parents only, plus photographer) are permitted in the main indoor studio during newborn sessions.   Siblings are temporarily restricted from entering the indoor studio.   *****As of April 1st, the outdoor temporary garage studio will be reopened to accommodate families and siblings up to 6 people max. Please note that newborn sessions may continue to be done inside as keeping the space warm enough for a newborn may not yet be possible in April.  Therefore, the family/sibling portion of your newborn session will continue to be booked separately from the newborn session until further notice, and siblings should not come to the newborn only portion of the session, as they will not be permitted inside the indoor main studio space.

 

JMFarron Photography supplies all items needed during the newborn session including outfits, wraps, props, headbands, etc.  All items provided by JMFarron Photography are thoroughly washed and/or sanitized before every session. 

 

Items that you SHOULD bring with you to your session:

  • a pacifier if you have one (even if your child isnt using one yet, suckling on it for a few seconds while being posed can help sooth them to sleep- just make sure its a newborn sized one)
  • if bottle feeding, please bring 1 full bottle with you to the session in case baby needs a snack (babies often eat more during and after sessions because their sleep is disturbed throughout the session
  • if nursing, we can stop as needed to feed baby

 

SESSION PROCEDURE:

  • The photographer performs a health screening and temperature check at the start of every day.
  • The photographer will wear a mask during the entirety of the session.  Parents should plan to wear a mask when they are not being photographed.  Disposable masks are available in the event that you do not have one upon arrival. 
  • Parents should follow all signage within the studio to ensure proper social distancing throughout the session.
  • When wrapping of the baby, photographer will wear a "salon style smock" over her clothing to protect the baby from coming into contact with her clothing
  • Photographer will wash hands upon your arrival, followed by use of hand sanitizer throughout the session.  Gloves will not typically be worn, but will be available in the event that you would feel more comfortable having the photographer wear them.

 

BABY POSING:

Please note that JMFarron Photography is a natural posing photographer, meaning that she poses baby in safe natural poses and her editing style reflects the natural beauty of every baby, without over editing the images. You may have seen other photographer's use poses such as "froggie" or "potato sack" etc, but JMFarron Photography does not offer these poses because if done improperly they could really harm the baby and it is just not worth the risk.  Baby is secured in all poses throughout the session and a parent will be used as a spotter when necessary to ensure the safety of the baby at all times.  Examples of my typical poses and session/editing styles can be found throughout my facebook and instagram pages and offer an example of what you can expect from your session.  Floor props are not always used but are available upon request PRIOR to your session and would include use of a box or bucket and a plain/simple backdrop.  "Themed" newborn sessions are not available.  JMFarron Photography is not a "composite" photographer, so some images you may see and want to duplicate are not something that JMFarron Photography would be able to offer.  Please make all inquiries PRIOR to arriving for your session so that the photographer may prepare and determine if it is something she can do and can do safely.

Newborn Sessions DURING NORMAL NON-COVID RESTRICTED TIME PERIODS-

The studio policy is such that ONLY Immediate family members are permitted in the studio during newborn sessions.  This includes only the people living in the same household as the baby.  Grandparents/other adults are not permitted inside the studio during the session.  When at all possible, only parents should be present during the session and any siblings not being photographed should be left home.  Younger siblings often find it difficult to sit through the lengthy session where attention is not focused on them.  Additionally the warm temperature in the studio will likely be uncomfortable for younger siblings.  If young siblings absolutely must be present during the session, please consider using a stroller for them.

Your session includes sibling and parent/family pictures at no additional charge (temporarily this will be scheduled separately from the newborn only portion of your session).  I realize that one parent may not always be able to attend the session.  You will have the choice of scheduling the sibling/parent/family pictures at the same time as the newborn session, or separately as a mini session in the evening or on a weekend.  If you decide to do the pictures at the same time as the newborn session, and you have younger children as well (under age 10), please note that these photos will be taken FIRST upon your arrival.  Following pictures, siblings can then be taken to a playground nearby or brought home.  For siblings who remain present during the newborn session, please ensure that they do not touch any of the props or equipment throughout the studio.  Please also note that snacks are not permitted in the studio.  In the event that you would prefer to schedule the sibling/family mini session separately, siblings should not come during the newborn only portion of the session.  Please make arrangements for child care prior to arriving for your session.

IMAGE DELIVERY

JMFarron Photography provides high resolution DIGITAL DOWNLOAD images in an online, password protected gallery following your session, along with a print release form.  The turn around time is typically 5-7 business days following your session (except during peak times throughout the year, when this may increase to 10-14 business days).  JMFarron Photography strives to provide your images as quickly as possible, however, please note that sessions are edited in the order they are taken and you should only follow up if you have not received them within 7 business days of your session.  Editing is not done on the weekends.  If you need your pictures by a certain date, please consider scheduling your session early to avoid any issues with delivery by your required date.

*Effective 7/17/21- CDs will no longer be provided with any sessions.  If you would like a hard copy of your images, you may purchase a USB flashdrive through me for $25/tax.  A complimentary USB flashdrive will be provided ONLY for newborn sessions.  You may also provide your own USB flashdrive, and I will add your images at no additional charge.  You will need to pick up the flashdrive within 1 week.  There will be a $5 shipping charge if I need to mail the USB back to you.

 JMFarron Photography will always provide TWO copies of each image, one WATERMARKED and one UNWATERMARKED.  The Limited Print Release provided along with your images, states that the images provided are for personal printing use only.  This means that the unwatermarked copies of any images provided to you may be printed by you at a printer of your choice.  (This print release is also what that printer should require you to present to them upon retrieval of your prints to prove that I have given you permission to make prints on your own.)  The limited print release does not allow you to share the unwatermarked images on any online platform, submit the images to any photo contest (without additional written consent) or use the images for marketing/advertising (without additional written consent to do so)

 In the event that you want to post or share any of the images ONLINE or on any social media platform,  HOWEVER, the only images that should be used are the ones marked WATERMARKED that contain my logo/watermark on them. 

AT NO TIME SHOULD YOU EVER POST AN UNWATERMARKED COPY OF ANY IMAGE TAKEN BY JMFARRON PHOTOGRAPHY ONLINE OR THROUGH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.  DOING SO IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF JMFarron Photography's COPYRIGHT ON THE IMAGES.  

As a courtesy, you can also notate photo credit in the subject of the images and/or add a direct link to my website/fb site.

Your payment of a session fee does not constitute a transfer or waiver of my copyright on the images that I take and provide to you.  The session fee covers my time setting up for your session, my time during the session, and my time in post production when the images from your session are being edited, as well as the cost of maintaining on online storage system to house your session images.  JMFarron Photography will not forfeit their copyright on any images produced/presented from JMFarron Photography to any client for any reason, but may on a case by case basis, remove some limitations for clients who make such a request in writing.  A release form/contract, ackowledging this policy, is required to be signed by every client at the start of their session.  The only language that may be omitted from the release form/contract regards JMFarron Photography being allowed to share images from your session on their website/facebook page.  Failure to sign this release form/contract at the start of your session will cancel your session and JMFarron Photography will be unable to work with you until such time as a contract has been properly signed.

 

BACKING UP YOUR IMAGES:

***I strongly recommend that you download your images to a COMPUTER if you will be making prints.  The images provided are full resolution. Downloading to a phone or device may compress the file size and distort your images when you go to print them.  Once the images have been provided to you, JMFarron Photography no longer guarantees that the images will be saved by JMFarron Photography.  It is strongly recommended that you back up your images to a storage device or online storage site (shutterfly, cloud, google drive, etc) as well, because JMFarron Photography will only guarantee to house your session images online for 30 days.  After 30 days your images may become archived.  Permanent storage of images is not possible and it is your responsibility to ensure your images are saved and protected.  Additional fees will be charged in the event that JMFarron Photography must retrieve your files (if still available) from the archives.

 

RETAINERS/REFUNDS

All sessions require a $50 retainer payment to reserve your session date/time (*unless otherwise noted for a specific session type).  Retainers are  non refundable and must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your session date/time.  If the retainer is not paid within 24 hrs, the spot will be released to the next interested individual.   Unpaid retainer invoices will be deleted after 24 hrs without reminders.   You can re-book the session only when my schedule permits.  If you have reserved a spot and not paid your retainer within 24 hours on more than two occasions, you will be required to pay the session fee in full to reserve a spot.  If you need additional time to pay a retainer, please contact me and arrangements may be made on a case by case basis.  Please do NOT book  session unless you are prepared to pay the retainer fee. 

In the event that you need to reschedule your session due to illness or something comes up, your retainer fee will be transferred to your rescheduled session (provided that you have notified me prior to the start of your session that you are unable to make it, see no show policy below).  Refunds will not be given when you cancel your session.  Any retainer paid will be transferred to a credit on your account that can be used towards a later session date.  

If you "no show" your scheduled session, and do not notify JMFarron Photography a minimum of 30 mins before your session, your session will NOT be rescheduled and you will forfeit the retainer payment made.  No credit will be issued on your account and the retainer will not be transferred to a later session.  

  Refunds are only issued in the event that I have to cancel a session (due to illness on my part or weather conditions for on location sessions) and I am unable to accommodate rescheduling the session with you.  I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule as soon as possible. 

 

ARRIVALS, LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOW POLICY:

You should always plan to arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. 
A session will never begin more than 10 minutes after its scheduled start time (unless the schedule permits it and the Photographer has confirmed it is ok IN WRITING before your original schedule time slot.  In the event that the Photographer allows the session to take place even after a late arrival, once the session is completed no refunds or credits will be issued and the entire session fee is non refundable).  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled session time, your session spot and retainer will be forfeited and the session will not be rescheduled (If the session fee has already been paid in full, then the session fee amount, less the non refundable retainer, that was already paid will be issued as a credit towards a later session. A cash refund will never be given after a late arrival).   In the event that you know you will not be able to arrive by your scheduled time, you must notify me in writing at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot.  At that time, arrangements to reschedule your time slot will be made to the best of my ability as schedule permits.  During holiday/peak scheduling seasons, reschedules may not be possible for last minute notifications (as long as you have notified me within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time, any session fee amount paid/retainer will be credited towards a later session.). 

 

"NO SHOW" Policy:  I'm a mom too, so I totally understand that things come up and kids get sick so you may be unable to make your scheduled appointment.  In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled session time, I simply ask that you be considerate and message/email/text me to let me know.  I do not charge a cancellation fee for last minute cancellations who have reached out to me to let me know.   In the event that you do not contact me before your scheduled time to advise that you will be unable to make the session, you will be considered a "NO SHOW". Anyone who has been a "NO SHOW" for a session will be required to pay in full for any future sessions booked with me before a new session time is secured.  Please be considerate, I have a family too and I often have to set up child care for my own children. 

No refunds will be given for "NO SHOW" clients and retainers will not be transferred to a rescheduled session.

 

**Rescheduling Cake Smash Sessions: 

  • Cake smash sessions with more than 48 hrs notice from the original session date can be rescheduled without an additional setup fee and the original retainer payments will transfer to the rescheduled date- you will be responsible for only the remaining balance on your session. 
  • In the event that notice is given less than 48 hrs before the original session date, in order to reschedule your session, any remaining balance on your cake smash session plus an additional set up/materials fee of $50.00 will be required before a new session date is scheduled.  It will not be rescheduled until payment has been made in full. 
  • Cake smash retainer payments are non refundable in the event that the session is cancelled and not rescheduled.

 

 

 

POLICY REGARDING STORAGE OF IMAGES AND BACKING UP OF FILES

I am a photographer that provides you with your digital images and grants you permissions to use them for all personal printing needs. As such, once I provide the images to you (either on CD, USB or digitally through email or another means), I no longer guarantee that your images are being archived or saved on my end. That being said, I do my best to save the images, in an external hard drive, at my own expense, in case you were to somehow lose them. I never deliberately delete your files, however, please understand that files, saved in any way, have the ability of becoming corrupted or lost in the event that the drive were to fail. This is completely out of my control, but is something that has happened to me in the past and some files were lost (mostly they were my own personal files of my own daughter's 1st 3 years of life). Indefinite storage of your files in a cloud drive by me is not feasible based on the volume of work that I create and the cost associated with that type of storage. It is not a service that I am interested in offering, and because I am providing you with all of your images from every session, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are backing up the images to some other type of storage device (an external hard drive, a cloud storage, etc). CD's, USBs and even computers/phones can easily be damaged/lost and if you only have your images on those devices, then you may very well lose all those precious memories. It happens (in my life it has happened to me 3 times and it is devastating). If this happens to you, I will do my best to provide you with a replacement USB of your galleries (replacement fee is $25+tax), IF I still have them, but I am in no way guaranteeing that I will have any/all of them. Again, I am never going to deliberately delete any of your files, but I am not going to guarantee that over the years they have not been corrupted or lost on my end either.

 

 

EDITING OF IMAGES:

Simple editing/retouching (removal of slight blemishes in images) is done to every image before being delivered.  All images are provided in color and some additional images may also be provided in black and white.  Additional editing, once your images have been provided to you, will be an additional fee per image  (including but not limited to head swapping, severe acne removal,  or "slimming down", etc).  Compositing images using digital backgrounds will also be an additional fee per image.

***All images are copyrighted images.  JMFarron Photography retains the copyright on all images provided to you.  You MAY NOT alter the images yourself, including additional edits either by yourself or by another photographer/editor, adding filters of any kind, including instagram filters, or cropping of images.  Any additional editing or altering of the images by you or anyone other than JMFarron Photography will be a violation of the copyright on said images and JMFarron Photography reserves the right to defend said copyright and seek legal action against you.

 

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED & PROCESSING FEES:

  • All retainers must be paid within 24 hrs of booking your session through a paypal invoice provided to you. You do not need a paypal account in order to pay the invoice, you can use a credit/debit card to pay it as well.  Retainers may also be made using venmo payments.
  • I accept balance payments in the form of cash, checks, venmo or credit/debit cards at the time of your session (unless otherwise noted at the time of booking).  Your balance payment is due at the beginning of your session.  You may also pay your balance by venmo or by using the paypal invoice provided to you, and any such online payments should be made 1 day prior to your session. 
    .

Expectations & Guarantees

Sessions are non refundable once they have been completed and the images have been released to the client.  I strive to always provide beautiful images that you can cherish for a lifetime.  Sometimes, however, the client's expectations for the session are simply not how the session actually goes.  Young children (especially under the age of 5) are unpredictable and often do not "perform on command" in the manner that parents are expecting.  Infants, especially those who are not able to sit unassisted are limited in how they can be posed as keeping them safe throughout the session is of the utmost importance. If you are concerned about posing of infants, it is recommended that an adult who can hold said infant be included in the images.

JMFarron Photography is there to capture the “essence” of you and your children, while the finer details (clothing, combed hair, clean faces, makeup, jewelry etc.) are entirely your responsibility.  The photographer is not responsible for dissatisfaction of images due to circumstances beyond photographer's control including but not limited to clothing choices, hair styles, makeup, accessories, children's cooperation (smiling, looking at the camera, crying) etc and a retake session will not be offered based on this type of dissatisfaction.  While slight editing is done to fix blemishes, additional editing of images including "slimming", etc. once images have been provided to the client are not included in the session fee and additional fees per image would have to be paid before additional editing is completed.  No refunds, credits or retake sessions will be offered under these circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with your session itself through the fault of the Photographer (including the photographer did not provide the agreed upon number of images under the terms of the session purchased, or images were lost by the photographer for any reason), then a replacement session will be offered.  A credit will only be issued in the event that the Photographer is at fault as described above and is unable to offer a replacement session due to scheduling issues.  Notice of this type of dissatisfaction must be received in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the images or upon receipt of product in order to receive a replacement.
 

All cake smash sessions are final sale and any retainer fees paid are non-refundable.  JMFarron Photography is not responsible for subjects failure to cooperate including but not limited to crying, child's dislike of the cake, failure to "smash" the cake and/or child's failure to smile during the session and no refunds/credits will be given once the session has taken place.  In the event that you are dissatisfied with your cake smash session and would like a cake smash reshoot, there will be an additional fee of $100.00 to cover the cost of additional materials and time to reset up the session and obtain a new cake.  A cake smash reshoot session will not be scheduled until the additional fee has been paid.

Purchasing Gift Certificates:

  • Gift certificates are void, where prohibited or restricted by law
  • Gift certificates may not be used to purchase gift certificates
  • Gift certificates will be issued upon receipt of payment for the gift certificate.  Payment can be made in the form of cash or credit card/paypal.  *Checks will not be accepted for gift certificate payments.
  • Gift certificates purchased MUST have a recipient’s name entered by me to be valid.
  • All gift certificates will have a dollar value on them.  
    • (Gift certificates will no longer be issued for a specific type of session). 
    • If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for a specific type of session, the value of the gift certificate would be the current price of that session plus tax. 
  • JMFarron Photography reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
  • Electronic gift certificates will not be issued by JMFarron Photography.  A physical gift certificate will be provided once purchased and paid for.
  • Gift certificates will not be replaced if stolen or lost and the original gift certificate must be surrendered at the time of your session.

 

 

Redeeming Gift Certificates:

  • Gift certificates are only redeemable at JMFarron Photograpahy.  An ORIGINAL gift certificate must be presented at the time of the session in order to redeem its value.  Photocopies/facsimiles will not be accepted. 
  • Gift certificates are non-transferrable.
  • Gift certificates are good for 5 years from the date of issuance.  No extension beyond 5 years will be granted for any reason.
  • Except as required by law, gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed gift certificates and no replacements will be issued under such circumstances.
  • If the session fee or purchase order exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of session/order.
  • Any unused value on the gift certificate shall remain until redeemed or until the expiration date, whichever comes first.

Terms and Conditions for Vouchers

JMFarron Photography may periodically provide vouchers to contest and raffle winners.

 

  • Vouchers are redeemable at JMFarron Photography only.
  • The original voucher must be presented at the time of the session to receive the discount.  Photocopies and facsimiles will not be accepted.
  • All vouchers will have a 90 day expiration date (unless otherwise noted on the voucher) and no extension beyond this expiration date will be granted, for any reason
  • Vouchers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash
  • Vouchers may not be used to purchase gift certificates
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient
  • Vouchers may ONLY be used towards a session fee and cannot be used towards the purchase of prints/products.
  • Vouchers may be used for a single transaction only, and any part of the voucher amount not used during that transaction shall be forfeited.
  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers and no replacements will be issued under such circumstances.
  • If the session fee exceeds the value of the voucher, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of session.

 

 

 

MILITARY/VETERAN APPRECIATION DISCOUNT

JMFarron Photography offers a 10% military and veteran appreciation discount on all session fees as a thank you for your service.  Please be sure to mention this at the time of booking to receive your discount.

JMFarron Photography no longer photographs weddings. Engagement sessions will still be available as my schedule permits.  The focus of JMFarron Photography is shifting more towards maternity and newborn sessions in the studio, while maintaining family and children sessions as well.  Thank you to all the brides who have entrusted me to photograph their important day.  I have enjoyed working with you all.
