Classic Portraits & Headshots- in studio, use of solid or wood backdrop; no props

Headshots- cash price $100 +tax (credit/debit price $105 + tax)
3 digital images in color and black & white; Each additional image is +$25 plus tax , 30 min, 1-3 outfits

Couple/Family Sessions- cash price $115 +tax (credit/debit price $120.75)
(up to 6 people); 20 min; minimum of 12 digital download images and print release

Larger Family Sessions- cash price $175 +tax (credit/debit price $183.75 +tax)
(available from April-October only in garage studio); Max 10 people; 30min; 20 digital download images and print release

Themed Portrait Sessions- in studio, use of any backdrop in my collection, additional fee for custom themes

On location/lifestyle sessions are not offered
Includes a few parent/sibling/family pictures with the session.

Birthday Smash Sessions- cash price $150 +tax (credit/debit price $157.50 +tax)

30-45 min; minimum of 25 digital download images and print release
Available for any age; 1 person or twins only
Cake or alternative food choice is provided as long as no known allergies (for twins, an additional cake may be purchased for +$25 plus tax)
You provide the outfit
Add on a family mini session for cash price $75 +tax (credit/debit price $78.75 +tax)
Copyrighted/licensed characters and themes may not be used for any session, including props brought by you.

Maternity Sessions (recommended between 32-34 weeks); minimum of 25 digital download images and print release

Casual Maternity- cash price $165+tax (credit/debit price $173.25+ tax)

(1 backdrop, 1 outfit); 30 min

Budoir Glam Maternity- cash price $225+ tax (credit/debit price $236.25+tax)

(2 backdrops, 1-2 outfits, hair/makeup not included, a few studio dresses are available for use, or you can bring your own); 45 min

Outdoor Maternity- cash price $165+tax (credit/debit price $173.25+ tax)

(specific locations/your own property only); 30 min

Custom Themed Sessions- starts at cash price $300+tax (credit/debit price $315+tax) 30-45 min

If your theme choice is not available in my backdrop collection and I either need to buy a new backdrop or build an entire setup, then it is a custom theme.
50% of the session fee is due at booking and is non-refundable
final payment is due 1 week before session

Location of your choice provided that the location is on your own personal property OR you have written permission from the owner. Any locations that require a permit to use will NOT be used. Additional fees will be required for any locations that exceed 20 minutes drive from my studio.

Prepurchase 3 Infant Themed Milestone Mini Sessions to be used for any months between 2-11 months of age.
Any milestones not used by 11 months shall be forfeited
Milestones cannot be transferred and are for the child (or twins) originally purchased for only
Ideal for a family that did not do newborn photos but would like to capture the first year in photos
Each additional Monthly Infant Themed Mini Sessions: cash $50 +tax (credit/debit $52.50 +tax) after package purchased (payment would be due at the time of each additional session.
10% discount on 1st Birthday Smash Session with purchase of this package

Additional Information:

Final balance payments are due at the time of the session. They can also be paid before arriving. The session will be cancelled if payment is not rendered at the time of the session. Payment is accepted in cash, check or venmo (and paypal upon request only). Credit/debit cards are not accepted in studio. Any payments by credit/debit must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your session.
All sessions should be booked a minimum of 2 weeks (I recommend 4-6 weeks if possible) before expected date. Less than 2 weeks notice is not guaranteed and is subject to my availability. For newborn sessions your “reserved date” is penciled in for your due date but we will adjust it as needed once baby arrives. Smash sessions must be reserved a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.
Digital download images with print release are provided at no additional cost for every session (unless noted). You are not required to choose which images. You will receive all of the edited images from your session (if I edit it, you will get it at no extra cost).
Prints and collages are available a la carte through my professional printing lab; but are not required. You may use your downloaded images to have prints made anywhere you choose.
CDs are no longer available. A complimentary USB flashdrive is provided for all newborn sessions (additional sessions may be added to this USB for +$5 shipping/handling fee). Replacement USBs are available for purchase ($25 plus tax each). USBs are not provided for any other sessions unless purchased.
RUSH processing- cash price $50+tax (credit/debit price $52.50+tax) for edited images guaranteed within 48 hrs of session. Must be paid at the time of the session.
COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED CHARACTERS AND THEMES will not be used for any type of session. Your child can wear clothing that depicts characters (provided by you) but we can only do an “inspired” type of session with props that will be vague and will not include actual copyrighted characters. You may bring props as long as they are not licensed characters. There are no exceptions to this rule.
A 10% discount is given for all active and retired military members. You must advise me of your military status at the time of booking to receive discount.

JMFarron Photography no longer photographs weddings or events.If you are looking for a wedding photographer, I can provide a recommendation.

Engagement sessions will still be accepted upon request subject to my availability.

All images are copyright JMFarron Photography. Images provided may not be altered in any way (including but not limited to turning color to black and white, adding effects or overlays or cropping of the images, etc.). Doing so is a violation of the copyright. ONLY watermarked images may be used online/through social media. You will receive both watermarked and un-watermarked copies of all edited images digitally or on your USB Flash drive. UN-WATERMARKED IMAGES may NOT be posted or shared online without violating the copyright (Please post ONLY watermarked copies online/through social media).

Un-watermarked images provided are ONLY provided to you for your own personal printing needs.
