Additional Session Information:
1. Final balance payments are due AT the time of your session. In the event that payment is not received at the time of your session there will be a $25 late fee assessed. Your images will not be edited/released until the final payment plus the late fee of $25 is received by me. Your spot in the editing queue will also be placed at the end of the queue.
2. All sessions require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, with the exception of newborns (date is picked once baby is born) and cake smashes (that require a minimum of 3 weeks notice. Rush fees may be charged for sessions requiring less than 2 weeks notice (except newborns). Less than 2 weeks notice is not guaranteed and is subject to my availability.
3. All edited images are provided to you as a digital download with print release (unless noted). As such, I will not and do not provide "sneak peeks" from your session until the entire session has been fully edited and sent to you. Please do not ask for "sneak peeks".
4.Prints and collages are available through my professional printing lab as an a la carte add on. You are not required to purchase through my lab. You may use your downloaded images to have prints/products made at any printer of your choosing. Please note that purchasing prints through a non-professional lab may result in your images appearing different than the digital images (color may be slightly off and you may see some blurring to your images- this is from the printer NOT from your images). Non-professional labs are of lesser quality than a professional lab and your images have been edited for a professional printing lab.
5. The print release provided to you allows you to have prints/produts made with the images. This is NOT a copyright release. JMFarron Photography remains the copyright holders of all images provided to you. As such, you are not (by law) permitted to alter, edit or change the images in any way. Doing so is a violation of the copyright and JMFarron Photography reserves the right to seek any and all legal action against copyright infringements. If you would like additional editing done to your images, you must request such edits through JMFarron Photography and said edits will be subject to additonal fees per image. When posting your images online, please use ONLY the watermarked copies of said images provided to you. Unwatermarked images should never be shared on social media platforms.
6. Images are provided to you as digital download images through an online password protected album. Images are guaranteed available for 90 days. Please ensure that you have downloaded your images and saved them to a computer or cloud account within these 90 days. My website company automatically archives files periodically throughout the year (I have no control over it). Additional fees may be required to retrieve archived sessions.
7. A complimentary USB flashdrive is included with newborn sessions (only). For bump to birth clients, you will receive the flashdrive with both your maternity and newborn photos once the newborn session is complete. All other clients are welcome to bring your own flashdrive to any non-newborn session and I can add your images to this flashdrive. There is a $5 shipping/handling fee to return USBs by mail. No fee is charged if you pick up the USB at the studio. USB flashdrives can also be purchased through me for $25+tax (plus $5 shipping).
8. Copyrighted characters and themes (including by not limited to Disney characters) are not permitted at any time. Sessions can only be "inspired by" themese. Your child may wear clothing depicting characters, however, licensed/copyrighted props may not be used in the session (including stuffed animals, etc).
Military & veteran discount:
Receive 10% off any regularly full priced session (does not apply to promotional sessions, school pictures or packages that have already been discounted).
You must notify me of your military/veteran status at the time of each booking to receive the discount.

All images are copyright JMFarron Photography. Images provided may not be altered in any way (including but not limited to turning color to black and white, adding effects or overlays or cropping of the images, etc.). Doing so is a violation of the copyright. ONLY watermarked images may be used online/through social media. You will receive both watermarked and un-watermarked copies of all edited images digitally or on your USB Flash drive. UN-WATERMARKED IMAGES may NOT be posted or shared online without violating the copyright (Please post ONLY watermarked copies online/through social media).
